The mountain.
The Silver Mountain is located close to the border of the the Land of Sunshine and Land of Whispering Bone. Shortly before the the Sage of the Six Paths sealed the Ten Tails inside of him, Hyōko and the Ten Tails fought for control of the land. Hyōko emerged victorious and the Ten Tails was defeated Their battle - which involved two Tailed Beast Ball's being shot - left a scar in the earth that would come to be called the Silver Mountain.
In memory of their battle, two giant statues were built on opposite sides of the mountain, the Ten Tails on the Bone's side and Hyōko on the Land of Sunshine's side.
