Six Black Snakes Formation (­­­六黒蛇陣, むコクダジン, Mukokudajin) is a high level barrier technique in which Karamitsuku utilizes a certain "technique formula" (術式, jutsu-shiki) which marks the boundaries and origin points of this technique. The technique formula is placed on any surface by the slightest touch and can only be removed at Karamitsuku's behest. Once the performing the correct sequence of hand seals, Karamitsuku has to merely clap his hands in order to activate or deactivate the barrier.

As evident by its name, the scope and overall functionality of the Six Black Snakes Formation greatly exceeds that of it's parent technique. The size of this barrier of typically massive and is often over vast landscapes, gigantic targets or a large quantity of targets. The barrier seems to be composed of a highly corrosive substance that melt nearly anything that touches it including metallic alloys and is impossible to enter or exit under normal conditions. Merely seeing the barrier in action makes one yield to its power. With a mental command, Karamitsuku can cause the barrier to emit a highly corrosive gas that fills the entire barrier which incinerates anything within its confines. The effectiveness of this technique can cause severe if not fatal injuries to Tailed Beasts and similar targets of vast power.

The caustic gas is able to overpower nearly all Regeneration Techniques in a short time as it destroys the cells themselves and causes irrecoverable damage. Defensively, the barrier can withstand multiple attack of various degrees from both within and outside of it. The barrier can even handle the brunt force of his own Tensaichitaihen which is roughly comparable to multiple Tailed Beast Balls. This barrier can still be bypassed through the use of space–time ninjutsu such as the Summoning Technique and the Reverse Summoning Technique.

In some cases, Karamitsuku may opt to apply the technique formula to a living body. In this case, the caustic gas will appear inside their body and will melt, corrode and incinerate their cells from the inside until there is nothing left. The affliction from this gaseous substance is said to be unbearably painful.
