Sleeper Cell Technique is jutsu that makes use of Sakon and Ukon's Kekkai Genkai. The technique was created by Sasaki Gin and is primarily used for spying and assassination purposes but can be used to revive someone as well. The technique only requires the user to make physical skin to skin contact with a target and sending some of their own cells, a bit of their consciousness, and chakra into the target. In doing so the user can achieve several feats.
The first ability granted by this technique allows the user to perceive everything their host does, allowing the user to subsequently gain information and or even certain techniques their host learns. The information is then directly relayed back to the user. Should the host die, the cells within their body would also die unless used to heal or revive the target.
The second ability as just previous mentioned allows the user to remotely heal or even revive a dead target as the cells in the host are imbued with some of the user's lifeforce. However, while the amount of lifeforce that is present in the cells in the host is enough to fully heal them or even regenerate limbs, it only has enough lifeforce to revive a target from the very brink of death and will not fully restore them to optimal health, still leaving the host in a very weakened state. It also can either heal and regenerate the host or revive the host but not both. Also because the cells only have a limited amount of energy, the healing and regeneration granted is only temporary or as long as the user transfers chakra to the cells within the host.
The third ability can be used in a way to assassinate the host. The user can remotely activate the cells they implanted into the host to start to devour and consume the host's cells at a very rapid pace, causing immense pain that ultimately kills the host in a manner of seconds.
The fourth ability allows user to cause the parasitic cells within the host to rapidly siphon the nutrients from the target that can have different results. By rapidly absorbing the host's nutrients the user can heal or regenerate at a constant and rapid pace while simultaneously weakening and eventually killing the host. The user can also completely subjugate the target by absorbing the nutrients from the host creating a more powerful flesh clone of the user that they can absorb to fully heal. If the user themself fully melds with the target they can siphon the nutrients from the host to gain complete control over the host's brain and body, or they can reconstitute their own body by emerging from the flesh of the host which will result in the death of the host.
