This jutsu is similar to how Gaara manipulates is sand, but this is with snow. With this jutsu, the user can do almost everything Gaara did with his sand like, creating hands to grab opponents, increasing the amount of snow, quickly changing ice into snow(Similar to Gaara changing earth into quicksand), creating prisons and crush or freeze opponents in an instant.
It consumes a high amount of chakra when the user is in a place where it isn't below 10 degree, and has to use more chakra to keep the snow cold enough to be useful.
