State of Empowerment: Speed (具合権限委譲・遅速, Guai no Kengenijō: Chisoku) is a technique devised by the Tsuriai. Following the code set by their fighting style, the user harnesses the connection made between themselves and the yin-yang state to increase their speed. The increase in speed depends on the user's yin-yang affinity as well as their own social, biological, and psychological equilibrium. Should the user be able to establish a strong connection between themselves and the realm of yin-yang, they are able to increase their speed in an exponential manner, making them a dangerous opponent in battle. If the connection is weak, the user will still achieve a small increase in speed upon activation. However, it will not be at the level of more experienced/enlightened users.
