Sweeping Conquest (掃征, Sōsei) is less of a technique and more of a physiological condition associated with the Curse of the Wallowing Vulture. Under conventional situations, the ability to absorb chakra can only be useful should one absorb raw chakra, rather than elemental chakra, or something similar. This is due to the body being incapable of the energy conversions necessary to turn transmuted chakra into raw chakra, thereby causing the side-effects of such transmutations regardless. An example of this was when Samehada absorbed the chakra within Itachi Uchiha's Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique which caused it — according to Killer Bee — burns. However, the physiology of an individual who holds the curse almost completely bypasses their condition, as their body was made to transform and transfer an extraordinary quantity of chakra at any given time, making it a process almost rivaling the Preta Path of the Rinnegan, or even Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's own prowess. That being said, given that the conversion is not instantaneous, certain techniques can bypass this restriction.
