Technium is one of most deadliest metals in the world. The primary fact what makes it different from other metals is, it's ability to think and has a life. It is the product of Metal Release and Yang in a huge quantity and took Enma 3 days to forge this metal.

After studying viruses and discovering metals for years, Enma finally thought it would be interesting to infuse his Yang nature into an unique metal, thereby giving the metal life. The metal roughly follows the same pattern as viruses and will only interact with humans if absolutely necessary.

However, even after years of studying and three days of combining his yang and Metal nature chakra, he was only able to create 150 gm of the metal. The technium converts living material into technology, ultimately consuming its host. The converted life continues to "live" and function, but is driven by the desire to spread to other life forms. This has no cure so far. The metal also has the ability to re-animate dead life. That maybe solely because of its ability to give life due to its yang aspects.

One's affected with this metal shall be controlled by the metal. And, will be continued to be mentally controlled by the metal itself as long as their bodies have at least 20 gm of the substance present in them. Technium is actually a very dense liquid while at room temperature but can solidify at temperatures below 5 degree Celsius. This maybe the only exploitable weakness this metal has. It has the ability to absorb Yang and electricity and grow stronger.

Technium can even defy the will of it's wielder/creator Enma and has recently gone rogue and missing. At the correct temperature, when exposed to water the metal react to produce the Technium Mist vapor. The technium mist is a mutagenic, or mutation-causing, substance arising as a vapor from the metal. It's able to alter human biology in a bad way. Much like a virus, it has shown symbiotic nature (is also able to multiply itself) although it has a weakness for sound and can be rendered useless by molecular tampering.

Being malleable, it's able to shape itself into any form it feels like. However, it still remains wild and uncontrollable. It's stated to be a constant flux of evolution.
