The Tempest Shuriken Technique is a ninjutsu that gave the Tempest Shuriken its name. The user channels wind chakra into the Tempest Shuriken and then throws it at the opponent. The combination of the wind chakra and the speed of the rotating shuriken causes a mini hurricane to surround the shuriken. The shuriken is the size of the Tempest shuriken and when it hits an opponent it can propel the opponent off their feet.
