The Elusive Man is a mysterious benefactor to the group known as the Finest Generation. While noone in the group has met him in person, he communicates through his Star shaped Juinjutsu, which is applied through a scroll, once the shinobi accepts his offer. Not much is known about this individual, other than they are talented with Juinjutsu as well as Claryoiance by way of Future Telling. It was later revealed that this was an alternate version of the man known as Nisshō Fuyutama.

As a version of Nisshō Fuyutama, he boast a large legacy behind him, however due to his actions during the events of Naruto: Kaimetsu, he has been left a shell of his former self. Due to the use of a few over taxing Kinjutsu, he has lost the use of 65% of his overall Chakra yield, and as a result has lost the ability to safely use some of his more powerful jutsu. Due to his limited chakra capacity he has had to specialize in the use of his Chakra Control in order to maximize his Water Release techniques over using his more destructive Fire Release.
