The Tobikage (跳影, Literally meaning: Fly Shadow) is the leader of Tobikakurenai Village and thus recognised as the most powerful shinobi in the entire village. There have been three official Tobikage. The Tobikage figure is represented by the most powerful shinobi of the village, being always honored a shinobi, who always sketch love through the village and always consider the best options for its prosperity. Commonly, the Tobikage is also a shinobi that has high military and political knowledge, and is charismatic and have a good relationship with all inhabitants. Although the Tobikage be an unofficial Kage, all Tobikage have great admiration and honor for their title. The Tobikage's residence is the tallest building in the village and the one with blue tiles, bearing the kanji for Tobi (跳, Literally meaning: Fly) on it.

First Tobikage[]

Himuki Kokutan (黒檀火向き, Kokutan Himuki) known worldwide as Perfect Soldier (完璧兵隊, Kanpeki Heitai) was a renowned shinobi who hailed from the Kokutan Clan, who along with other famous clans of the region established in Land of Recoil a shinobi village: Tobikakurenai Village. He later declared himself a Kage, the Tobikage, although his title was not recognized as the other Kages from the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Even so, he became the First Tobikage (初代跳影, Shodai Tobikage).
Second Tobikage[]

Kagemori Seiun, the Second Tobikage
Kagemori Seiun (星雲かげもり, Seiun Kagemori) also know as The Expert (専門家, Senmonka), was the Second Tobikage (二代目跳影, Nidaime Tobikage, Literally meaning: Second Fly Shadow) of Tobikakurenai Village. Shortly after the founding of the village, Kagemori was appointed to be Himuki Kokutan's bodyguard during the first Kage Summit, even if the Tobikage has not been invited.
Third Tobikage[]

Urusai (うるさい, Urusai) is the current leader from Tobikakurenai Village. Despite being considered an unofficial Kage, he receives the title in his village of the Third Tobikage (三代目跳影, Sandaime Tobikage, Literally meaning: Third Fly Shadow). Strength is the most important thing for him and for his subordinates are given difficult missions. He is also know as the Great Jumper (グレートジャンパー, Gurētojanpā) and the Picky Kangaroo (うるさいのカンガルー, Urusai no Kangarū).
