Tosen Saibou was the Fifth Hakkinkage of Hakkingakure and the grand-father of Yuri Saibou.
Background[]
Tosen was born into the Saibou Clan, He and his father were very close and wanted to inprove the Silver Sand in order for it to rival that of Gold Dust. When his father died he decided to continue his research and create the ultimate weapon. After completing the silver sand he joined Souten and became freinds with Shan Ryou and Hano Uchiha.
Appearance[]
When he was young Tosen had short black hair and whore a white shirt an had big glasses. When he became the Kage of the village he whore a kage suite and had his hair in a ponytail. as he became older he grew a bread and his hari bean to turn white.
Personality[]
As a child Tosen was very nervous and timid. He would always think before he woulkd attck. After he became hakkinkage he became less careful.
