The Tsukigan (月眼, Literally meaning: Moon Eye) is a high powered dōjutsu that rivals the Hikarigan in terms of power. It is characterized by a purple sclera and iris with five thick black lines heading towards the middle and designs that’s different per user travel vertically.
Background[]
Much isn't known with this eye as only two have been able to unlock it. Uchū Ōtsutsuki and Shinjitsu Seijō. The only thing is known is that it is a dōjutsu that appears in what seems like towards random people. And affiliated with all clans. Currently, only the Ōtsutsuki Clan and the Seijō Clan seem to awaken the Dark Eye.
Ability’s[]
The main ability of the Tsukigan is to manipulate darkness on a higher degree that Dark Release user. They can create dark celestial objects. For example, Dark energy and matter, Black holes, etc. The eye thrives during night time. Especially during no moon. Where it glows bright purple during that time. They also can manipulate gravity and gravitational waves.
Gravity[]
The Tsukigan can manipulate, shape, and distort gravity around them. They can imply around 20G of gravity. They can use gravity to make things light or heavy. They can repel and attract matter and chakra regardless of its mass or move objects like telekinesis. Offensive uses of this power include repulsing people or objects with such force to shatter practically anything, increasing gravity to crush or immobilize opponents, decreasing it to render them defenseless, or surrounding one's body in a gravitational field to amplify physical strength. Defensive uses include creating a gravitational force-field to repel all manner of attacks or anchoring oneself to the ground.
Darkness[]
The Tsukigan can manipulate, shape, and control darkness whether it's originally there or created. One can also control and manipulate the beings that exist there. The user can also create and release shields, create weapons of pure darkness, teleport long distances between shadow to shadow. A fully evolved Tsukigan can manipulate the darkness within a person.
Space & Time[]
The user can create, shaper, and manipulate the dark cosmic body's on a miniature scale within an area of the user choosing. Such as dark energy and matter, black holes. The user can also create wormholes. Either on a miniature or massive scale. This can make portals that can travel an unknown distance.
Insight[]
This eye has the same amount of insight as to the Rinnegan. As it can see the Activated tenketsu of the Eight Gates but can not see through smoke bombs and such.
Chakra Usage[]
As powerful as this eye is it usually requires a massive amount of chakra to sustain. The only time it requires less amount of chakra is when its night, dawn, or dusk. This eye thrives at night. Making all of its abilities become more powerful.
