This forbidden technique is a murder-suicide attack, killing both the user and the target. The user grabs one of their intended victim's hands and forces it to assist in performing the necessary hand seals. As illustrated in Naruto: One Decade, One Hundred Ninja, the technique entails the use of summoning two large snakes to coil around both the user and the target. Not much else is known, as when used by Anko Mitarashi against Orochimaru, she was forced to abort due to the latter being merely a shadow clone.

Fanon[]

Hamura Uchiha possesses antibodies and is immune to the venom allowing him to use this technique regularly.

In Naruto: A Shinobi Story, Anko attempted to use this technique to defeat Orochimaru in their second battle and could use her Cursed Seal of Heaven to physically restrain the real Orochimaru and perform the technique. Here, the technique goes as follows: two giant snakes are summoned with explosive tags lining their underbellies while they slither and bite Anko and Orochimaru on the neck before immediately exploding, hopefully killing them in the process; however, Orochimaru survived by shedding himself and because of the robustness of the one White Zetsu body he was allowed to inhabit.

Trivia[]

  • In Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 and its sequels, when Anko performs this technique, two summoned snakes wrap themselves around her and her opponent. The snakes lock themselves together by biting each other's necks and then detonate. For gameplay reasons, Anko is left unharmed.
  • The technique's hand seals are one of the few times in the series where one hand is needed to perform the technique.
