Uimare Rokushō (ザンスール, Viz: Zansul) was the Director of Juinjutsu researcher facility.
Background[]
Uimare rarely ventured away from the Juinjutsu Research Institute, too intent on seeing his task, and thus the Prime Minister's aspirations, completed. Conditions among the Institute's prisoners steadily declined, as Uimare had no concern for their well-being beyond their role in furthering his own purposes.
Personality[]
Uimare was a very calm and level-headed man, able to keep his emotions in check. He was satisfied when the other prisoners witnessed Menō publicly executing two prisoners who tried to escape, knowing it would only motivate them to obey.
Uimare was fiercely evil Prime Minister of the Land of Snow, making it his priority to assist him in gaining complete control over the country. When coming across anyone who threatened his plans as Prime Minister. Uimare would do everything in his power to eliminate them.
Appearance[]
Uimare was a slender man with silver-rimmed glasses. His left eye was a prosthetic, his left eye was technological, it was so convincing that almost nobody has ever noticed it; Yoshi Fuma was only able to detect it because of his Kekkei Genkai. Uimare had red hair and white purple eyes, Uimare wore a white attire with a black zig-zag pattern on the center and on the hem and grey trousers, and black boots, he also wore grey stud earrings.
Abilities[]
Uimare was a highly talented, well respected Head Ninja of the land of snow. He established a great record in military prowess — something many upcoming shinobi greatly admired. He could effortlessly take down nine Konoha-nin, noted to have been chūnin-level or above, and was able to compete against Taki Iburi, an powerful Jonin of Konoha.
Physical Prowess[]
Uimare was hailed as Yuki's foremost skilled ninja in close-ranged melee combat before he became an missing-nin. His battle style revolved mainly around taijutsu, combined with his special trench knives to create a melee-type fighting style. These knives are made of a special metal that is capable of easily being infused with chakra. With his Flying Swallow, he could extend the blades with his chakra to injure an enemy several feet out of the blade's physical range, as well as increase the cutting power of the blades to the point of easily slicing through trees, rocks, and even metal.
Ninjutsu[]
Uimare was stole the use of the ultimate technique of the Fire Temple, the Welcoming Approach: Thousand-Armed Murder. While admitting to not be as skilled with it as Chiriku and Asuma, he was able to effectively manifest the spirit to attack and defend to a certain extent.
Nature Transformation[]
Uimare possessed an affinity to Wind Release. He would mainly combine it with his trench knives to increase their lethality. He could also release a powerful stream of wind, and in the anime, use his wind-based chakra to levitate his trench knives and control them remotely.
Asuma was also able to use Fire Release. With it, he can use the Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning technique to breathe out a thick cloud of gunpowder-infused ash that causes a devastating explosion when ignited, leaving the target with third-degree burns.
