Hello NFers, Theo here. You know, that user that everybody hates to love! So, I've been thinking about a new Chūnin Exams, since we've been lacking for a 2016 one. I would be hosting it (along with anyone who wanted to help) and that's pretty much the info so far. I guess once I'd get a few helpers (who are around a lot), we could get the rules and information straightened out. Free-form, all Genin, all villages welcome, that sort of stuff. So, anyone interested?
