The Water Release: Maelstrom was developed by the Tsunami clan. Kigenso's father taught him this technique. The Technique pulls the victims towards the center then drowns them. It is also used by Kigenso for Combo attacks. for example: He uses Maelstrom, after the enemy drowns Kigenso shocks them to stop breathing.
