The user kneads chakra in their body and turns it into water, which they then expel from their mouth; the more chakra they use, the more water that are produced. The water takes the shape of a small dragon’s head with its fangs bearing it maintains its shape until hitting a target. The more charka put into the larger it becomes. Upon impact, the dragon head is powerful enough to crater the ground and floods the surroundings. Against living targets, the dragon head can cause the pressure of being drowned.
