Similar to the Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, this is a shrunken with a large ball in the middle that can cause a large explosion when reacted. The difference is that a Water Release: Chakra Explosive Orb has to be put inside a large Water Release: Water Shuriken. This can crate a tsunami sized wave depending on the size of the jutsu.
