Water Release: Surfing Tidal Wave is a technique utilized by Takuma Hibiki using the Water Release. The jutsu can be used as either an offensive technique or as a passive technique. Takuma will expel a large volume of water from his mouth and then form it into a tidal wave, using his Ninja Surfboard, Takuma can then either surf on the tidal wave and follow up with another jutsu or attack or rush the tidal wave at enemies.
