The user kneads a large amount of chakra in their body before expelling it out in the form of water at high velocities from their mouth. The expelled water twists violently, resembling a twister of water which is launched towards the opponent seeming to be intent on hitting them as a straight on direct attack. However as the attack reaches the target, the twister strikes the ground instead, sending the water around the target before the large amount of water recombines into a spherical shape and smashes into the enemy from all sides, dealing immense shock and potential blunt trauma. This technique is especially useful in dealing with Fire Release users, as it surrounds them and cuts off the range of their flame manipulation. It can also be used by proficient users to cut off individuals from groups for more pinpoint Water Release attacks.
