The user creates a large amount of shuriken, made out of water, and throws them at the opponent in quick succession.
The Nagashi Clan are very well versed in this technique and are able to pressurise the water inside the shuriken to such a degree that it can cut steel. Due to their high water affinity, they can theoretically increase the pressure of the shuriken infinitely, giving it unlimited cutting power. A testament to the skill with which they use this technique is the fact that one of these shuriken is as powerful as a single Wind Release: Rasenshuriken.
