White Light: Glimmer is an application of the White Light Technique and it's most used. Originally, the technique was displayed by Sakumo Hatake with the White Light Chakra Sabre and was passed on to his son and grandchild. Streaming their unique white chakra into the blade, they can produce slashes and arcs of blinding chakra. The blinding chakra can induce flash blindness when seen directly. It also increases the durability of the object but only slightly.
