This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with wind. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural wind-state, at the same time expanding and mutilating whatever it is touching.
Unlike a regular Shadow Clone, this clone does not send chakra back to the user upon reverting to wind.
