This technique, while derived from the Medical Ninjutsu Chakra Scalpel, is not a Medical Ninjutsu, but instead a version of one adapted for combat. Mihaeru Jeikobu, the only known user of this technique, uses it by creating a chakra scalpel out of Wind-natured chakra. This not only gives the original technique more cutting power, but also more prescision. However, this has its downfalls.

Due to the power of the scalpels, they lose their medical uses, as any cut for surgery would do more damage than healing.
