Using Yin to imagine and Yang to make it a reality, this Medical Ninjutsu allows the users to regenerate organs, bones, skin, muscle and practically anything to heal the user from a serious injury. Because of this, the user is made immortal to most enemy attacks, so long as they have enough chakra to substain the technique. This technique however cannot heal the user from extreme damage to extremely vital organs (e.g. Heart, Brain).
