A medical ninjutsu where one analyses an opponent's movements and the properties of their jutsu to anticipate where and how they will be attacked. The user then gathers chakra to the area of their body where the attack will strike, preemptively starting medical treatment in order to minimise the damage they'll receive. The more extensive the damage, the more chakra it takes to heal. As such, if the user lacks enough chakra they will not fully recover from the attack. The user most also have great resilience to perform this technique.

Kabuto claims that this technique is the reason that Orochimaru values him so highly, as he can keep using test subjects for much longer than is normally feasible. The technique will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the technique ends.

Kintaro Uchiha uses this in combination with his passive Regeneration Ability, giving him an extremely high level of endurance and constitution.
