As Yoshi starts to Finally Settle Down as a father, he is dragged back into conflict, becomes a reentered as an Official Jōnin and Becomes the Leaf's Blinding Flash once again and was appointed the Political Liaison between Amegakure and Konoha.

Gradution Exam Arc

Yoshi seeing Hidari attacking Taki Iburi.

Yoshi meets with Naruto regarding political matters. Shikamaru doesn't trust Orochimaru completely, but Naruto still thanks him for his analysis of Danzō's data, which was beneficial for Sasuke's investigation. Later that night, Yoshi trains his son. The next morning, Aiko discusses their son's recent promotion to Chunin and Kira reports to Yoshi about sightings with an Fake ANBU. When the Evening Rolled around, Yoshi Heard mass amounts of Commotion near the Forest Death Entrance, upon arriving seen Taki Iburi holding off against Helix who disguised as - Hidari - so Yoshi charges up with two of he's Light Clones and One Body blows, Helix's chest creating an massive rupturing, Helix warns Yoshi that he can implode himself and destroy this whole village if he needed to. Everyone stopped, But Yoshi created an Light Prism Construct around Triple helix and using Light Release: Flash Chain Prison to explode him completely as Helix banged against the Prism all that remained was, he's hand. Later, Yoshi Congratulates his daughter, Chiyo Fūma becoming an Genin.

Continental Summit

Gaara, suggesting that each country of ninja should have an all-out summit, to continue promote absolute peace, an gathering of representatives from every country on the continent. Each country is specifically represented by its respective daimyō, who themselves are accompanied by any number of personal aides. Exact numbers of attendees is unclear, being described only as "hundreds". The first Continental Summit is convened in the Land of Iron during Hiden: The Light from the Icy Sky, held in a building constructed in under a week specifically for the Summit. In the amphitheatre where the attendees all meet, the daimyō of the Five Great Shinobi Countries are seated in the first row, the Five Kage are in the second, and in each subsequent row are ten daimyō from one of the smaller countries. The issue brought before the Continental Summit is whether or not to approve a transfer of fertile lands from the Land of Fire to the Land of Earth. If a simple majority do not approve the transfer, the Land of Earth will invade the neighbouring Land of Flowers, which will cause the allied Land of Lightning to come to Flowers' defence; the resulting war will consequently destroy the peaceful Shinobi Union, whose members will all find themselves on different sides of the conflict. Each daimyō is to be allowed to address the Summit to speak for or against the land transfer, something that is expected to take hours. The entire Summit is broadcast throughout the continent.

The Continental Summit's chairman, Mifune, allows the Earth daimyō, Danjō, to speak first. Danjō is in favour of the invasion being allowed to occur. His argument hinges on the idea that shinobi exist only to fight, something they've been doing throughout history; an end to peace would therefore restore shinobi to their purpose. The Fire daimyō, Ikkyū Madoka, speaks next. He rejects Danjō's premise that combat is a shinobi's only value, and uses the Continental Summit as evidence of this: it was thought up by shinobi, advocated for by shinobi, and has been such an unprecedented undertaking that no one daimyō could have hoped to arrange it. Ikkyū believes that if shinobi truly want peace, it would be irresponsible for the daimyō to force them to break it.

The Land of Valleys

After Victor operations start to downgrade within the land of valley. The country is home to a medical care manufacturing company founded by Victor after the Fourth Shinobi World War. Its foundation there led to various technicians from other regions to flock in that area in pursuit of better opportunities, leading to the country's progressive infrastructure and emerging development, but suddenly stopped, started stealing Zakuma and Kaminarimon Companies technology and storage, Jujumaru, the assistant of Kosuke Kaminarimon head of Amegakure R&D started an investigation on the Land of Valleys secretly.

When blimp slipped through the Land of Water's air defense network undetected and crashed. Amegakure ANBU were assigned the task of investigating the wreckage on the outskirts of the village. Upon arriving at the blimp, Jujumaru ventured into the wreckage. Inside, he discovers that inside contains a container that was recently opened. While unsure what was inside, he inspected the container with his Sound Ninja Art: Tenketsu Needle and found a data unit. Before he could venture further, Emi Hatake arrived, saying that he sensed crash site. He then asked Jujumaru to read the data but it was heavily encrypted, so it would take a few minutes. Jujumaru, however, did detect movement outside.

When he came out a group of at least 10 advanced self-moving puppets revealed themselves. After battling and defeating a few, Arikurin managed to escape as the puppets seemed programmed to only protect the blimp. After hearing the sounds of the cave collapsing, Arikurin began heading to the location. When he arrived, he found Ao and questioned him. Ao concluded that now he had to die to keep the Kara's organisation a secret. Arikurin's clone then attempted to attack from Ao's blindside but he saw through the attack, quickly blocking with his prosthetic arm. He then blasted Arikurin with attacks from mirror drone. However, it is revealed to be a swiftlet clone.

Code's Assault Arc

Yoshi and Sasuke defeat the nearby guards.

Sasuke arrives with intel on Code, having discovered a secret facility few in Boro's Ōtsutsuki Cult knew about in the Land of Snow. He lists its supposed activities, including scientific ninja tool research Kāra didn't know about. When and Sasuke arrived to the facitlity, evidence strongly suggested that was recently there. Full of experiments and powerful cyborgs It also functioned as a disposal facility for the cyborgs Jigen ordered to be scrapped.

Yoshi reported that several Outers were captured. They learned of the last Kara Inner left, Code. However, their interrogations revealed nothing useful in actually finding him. Before long, Yoshi found Code's Claw Marks near Konoha's outer walls. He sends word to Sai and Shikamaru, who have Kawaki confirm to them that the marks they found are Code's Claw Marks. Yoshi, Sai and Shikamaru notify Naruto of the Claw Marks, comparing them to the Flying Thunder God Technique. They've assigned teams to monitor the four marks they found, but consider the possibility those are meant as decoys to decrease their forces inside the village.

Yoshi later meets with Amado as their recent attempts to reach Kara's base through the Space-Time Gates Amado informed them about. Yoshi explains they've discovered destroyed Space-Time Gates in several locations, which they believe would be access points to Kara's headquarters in another dimension. Yoshi believes, Code disabled or damaged all working gates to prevent anyone from using them to access the organisation's dimension. However, according to Amado, one early prototype still exists. Delta is also reprogrammed as Triple Helix and a solider for Amegakure. Later, Yoshi was alerted of Kawaki's evasion of surveillance and ability to conceal his chakra signature. When A.I in Yoshi's Glasses detects Boruto's chakra signature it sent the coordinates toYoshi . When Arikurin arrived, he was surprised to see Kawaki absorbing Momoshiki's attack with a new Kāma. Using Isshiki's jutsu, Kawaki fought Momoshiki with the intent to kill him, even if it also killed Boruto. When Naruto moved to save Boruto from Kawaki's attack, Code saw no point in killing Shikamaru but kept holding him. He was shocked as Boruto emerged and allowed Kawaki to strike him down. Sageru teleported in with Kāma Rift using his White Kama to reflect one of Kawaki's Kama: Discharge away from Shikamaru, but in processing draining his own chakra. Code opted to leave and released Shikamaru. While Kawaki was overwhelming Code, he pulled Daemon through the Claw Mark of his face, reflecting Kawaki's attack and knocking him out before leaving.

Omnipotence Arc

Yoshi joined a meeting through comm system where Amado explained the shinjutsu origins of Ada's and Daemon's abilities. Suddenly, Ino reported that Code emerged from the Claw Mark on Shikamaru's neck. Shikaimaru paralyses Code, who can still wiggle his fingers enough to kill Amado. Shikamaru reveals he was aware of Code's Claw Mark on him, and commands a cyborg in Amado's lab to awake revealing a new Delta model, reprogrammed to protect Konoha. Shikamaru orders her to attack Code. He then spots Code reaching into a Claw Mark and forces his hand out to stop him from escaping. Code says he's not escaping, and pulls Ada through, shocking Amado. Triple Helix' then tried to attack Ada, but instantly became infatuated due to Ada's ability, unable to land her kick, and obeyed Ada's command to release Code. The A.I. issued Triple Helix's shutdown command, Triple Helix wasn't supposed to be able to disobey Konoha. Code soon retreated and took Amado as a hostage.

When Kawaki began a commotion over feeling that Momoshiki was planning something, Shikamaru ordered the sensors to keep track of him, but Kawaki erased his chakra. He asked Yoshi to pinpoint his exact location. He later found them just as Boruto got his right eye slashed protecting Sarada from Kawaki, and pinned him with his shadow, which also prevented Kawaki from shrinking away. Momoshiki suddenly manifested through Boruto and absorbed Shikamaru's jutsu, allowing Kawaki to escape. Yosher later learned that Kawaki sealed away Naruto and Hinata to prevent them from interfering before attacking Boruto. Yosher leads the hunt for Kawaki, instructing the sensors to stay sharp for the moment Kawaki exhausts himself and his chakra signature return.

As the search for Kawaki continued, Amado contacted Shikamaru, revealing he implanted a shutdown command on Kawaki. Yoshi was not surprised at Amado's continued hiding of information. But as they continued to search, Yoshi soon noticed a flash in the sky. After it disappeared, Yoshi was shocked to hear that all surrounding communication was suddenly searching for Boruto, blaming him for Naruto's disappearance. Yoshi soon met up with Sarada and Sasuke they explained Ada somehow changed everyone's perception of Boruto and Kawaki. Yoshi deduced that since Sageru sacrificed his White Kama to not let him or Haruki get affected but everyone did, not including Sageru. Haruki distraught and search for Boruto later leaves the village to train in Ryūchi Cave for 3 years, Aiko Yamanaka tries to convince Yoshi not to let, Haruki leave, but Yoshi reassures Aiko and Chiyo that he will find himself.
