Kazekage Rescue Mission[]
Yoshi Recovery Arc[]
Kira being Overconfident in he's abilities leading to Kai's Genjutsu Attack.
Yoshi is unconscious and unresponsive in Konoha Hospital, Kira vows to kill whoever harmed him during The Kazekage Rescue Mission, Kira tracks Kai Malatium down to Nishigakure, a small little village that hates outsiders especially - Konohagakure Shinobi - the Village head, Kamoe charges in to strike Kira but is Impaled by Kira's Kunai, and dies in he's arms as Kira drops him down to ground mercilessly.
Takigakure Confrontation Arc[]
Yoshi after Recovering from Kazekage Rescue Mission, quickly under Danzō's orders to Infiltrate Sai's home and make sure he is still on board for Researching on Sasuke Uchiha's Ware abouts. Sai tries to slash Yoshi with his Tantō as Yoshi blocks with his own Tantō and asking him about the Recent Takigakure Killings, Sai doesn't give in as Yoshi quickly disappears with Body Flicker Technique.
Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission[]
Yoshi Learning of Sai's Current Ware abouts.
Yoshi infiltrated Sai's home and temporally traps him within a genjutsu which startles Sai but he is able to release it. He then pulls his Fūma Sword on him but Sai is able to block the attack with his own Tanto. Yoshi tells Sai to remain focused as he handed Sai a letter containing info on his real mission. Danzo considers Sasuke a threat since he is to be Orochimaru's future host body, a necessity to eliminate. He also reminded Sai that Sasuke Uchiha has the Sharingan and is very skilled in Genjutsu Techniques. Since Orochimaru already knows Yoshi, he cant do this mission himself. He will, however, have a light clone nearby.
At the bridge Naruto fought Orochimaru to a draw. In the end, Orochimaru was only able to throw Naruto back to the bridge. Yamato finally got close enough to revert Naruto back to human form with his Wood Style. Sai left the rest of the team to begin his real mission. Yoshi's clone tracks them a short distance from Orochimaru's hideout. When he arrives, Team 7 confronted Sai about his real mission. Having been caught, Sai explained that he had been assigned to ally with Orochimaru on Danzō's behalf so that the two may join forces in destroying Konohagakure. Yamato then uses his Wood Release to keep Sai bound while the team prepares to infiltrate the hideout once more. When Team 7 leaves, Yoshi's clone releases Sai. He also reminds Sai of his true mission to kill Sasuke. Sai later reported to Danzō that he had failed his mission.

Pre-Shrina Tensei[]
Yoshi quickly appears in with a Light clone seeing Arikurin seeing the Naraka Path subdue both Ebisu and Konohamaru while helping Arikurin, Yoshi from his distance sees Kiri laid out on the ground as the Human Path interrogates Kiri about the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki, and learning that Kiri will not expose anything about Naruto Uzumaki, slides out a Black Receiver out of his palm and strikes it into Kiri's left leg before Yoshi slashes The Human Paths Chest with his Fūma Shuriken as he leaped back. Yoshi tries to access his Monkey Sage Mode but the Preta Path absorbs it and kicks him against the ground.
Post-Shrina Tensei[]
Having discovered Naruto's location wasn't in Konoha, the second Animal Path summons Konan and five Paths to the forest outside the village. Declaring that Konoha shall know pain for what they did to Yahiko, he proceeds to shut down the other five bodies as his Deva Path performs a large-scale Shinra Tensei, reducing the village to a massive crater. When Yoshi emerges out of the rumble and sees Naruto arrive to battle pain, he looks across from him and see being Impaled by the Human Path Black Receiver's to his chest and arms making him collapse in front of Yoshi, bleeding out. Yoshi enraged tries to strike the Human Path but is pushed back by Pain into a crumbling building...
