Yuēhàn Uchiha, most known as "Dizzy Eye'd Hàn", is a member of Konohagakure's Uchiha clan and a former member of the Konoha Military Police Force. Currently, he serves as a member of Land of Fire's Guardian Shinobi Twelve.
Background[]
Early Life[]
Yuēhàn entered Konoha's Academy with the dream of earning recognition by becoming a top class ninja. Yuēhàn was a natural prodigy during his classes. He only considered a young Minato Namikaze to be his rival. When Kushina Uzumaki moved to Konoha, she was placed in the same class as them. Wanting to make a strong first impression, she proclaimed to her class that she would be the first female Hokage.
Third Shinobi War[]
Years later, after they graduated and became ninja, Konoha became involved in the Third Shinobi World War. During this time his younger sister was kidnapped by Kirigakure forces to claim her Sharingan. Konoha mobilised its ninja to retrieve her. Soon, shinobi from other nations trembled at the mention of Yuēhàn's nickname of "Dizzy Eye'd" Yuēhàn because of his vertigo causing genjutsu. In the aftermath of the Third Shinobi War, Yuēhàn questioned Fugaku on what they should do with Kakashi Hatake possessing their clan's dōjutsu. Understanding that Obito Uchiha fought bravely, he decided to respect the boy's wishes and let Kakashi keep his gift.
During his time in the police force, he and his fellow comrades notoriously established order in Konohagakure under the orders of Fugaku. With the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, the village accused the Uchiha clan of orchestrating the attack as they did not take action against the tailed beast . This was because of orders from Danzō Shimura to focus all the Uchiha's efforts solely on protecting the villagers. This, combined with the Uchiha being relocated further away from the village, caused a rift between the village and the Uchiha clan.
When his sister claims to have been attacked by members of Root, forcing Yuēhàn to storm Root HQ. WIthout proper authority from the Hokage, he isn't permitted to enter. He makes it his personal mission to hunt down take down Root. He later falls in love with Fumiko Kusuri, a root researcher and surgeon. As she began to spy on Danzo and Root, someone caught wind of this which resulted in her immediate assassination. He finds her slaughtered at their rendezvous point. The guilt and pain of losing her awakens his Mangekyō Sharingan.
Looking to get away from the village, Yuēhàn joined Team Shisui who needed a 4th member for their long-term mission, which they were tasked with chasing away Kirigakure forces being lead by Ao. When he returned to the village, Itachi began to act oddly. Yuēhàn was instructed by the Konoha Military Police Force to monitor Itachi because the younger Uchiha's position in ANBU was instrumental to the Uchiha's future status in Konoha.
After another clan meeting about the coup d'état, Fugaku revealed that the stone tablet within the Naka Shrine held secrets to a better world for all, but required an evolved Sharingan to read it at all, revealing the truth about his acquisition of Mangekyō Sharingan. Not long after, News of Shisui's suicide broke. The contents of the suicide note also made it appear as though he had crushed his eyes when jumping off a cliff into the Naka River to kill himself in order to prevent conflict from arising over his eyes within the clan. He was soon prompted to the leader of Team Shisui, which was ultimately became the new iteration of the Twelve Guardian Ninja
Personality[]
Yuēhàn is a harmonic and devoted person. He remains focused on the clan's interest and welfare and has a strong sense of responsibility.
Appearance[]
Yuēhàn has black hair with one single dreadlock that hangs over the left side of his face. He wears a red mask.
Abilities[]
Even within the famed and battle-adept Uchiha clan, Yuēhàn is a prodigious genius. He consistently showed prowess well-beyond his years, effortlessly learning new jutsu from simple observation, and rising rapidly through the ninja ranks. His prowess rivalled famed Uchihas such as Shisui Uchiha and Fugaku Uchiha, who were well-regarded as the strongest Uchiha of their time.
Bukijutsu[]
Yuēhàn is skilled with a sword, Like many Uchiha, he specialised in shurikenjutsu, which he is especially advanced at. He often channels his lightning chakra into his sword and shuriken to increase their cutting power. His lightning chakra is darker in colour, though it's not clear if this changes its actual properties in any way.
Ninjutsu[]
Nature Transformation[]
As an Uchiha, he had a natural affinity for Fire Release. He mastered three basic nature transformations (Fire, Lightning and Wind) along with the Yin Release. He was very skilled with using Fire techniques such as his clan's rite of passage Great Fireball Technique, which he could perform to a massive size, a very rare feat within in the Uchiha.
Dōjutsu[]
Sharingan[]
Like most members of his clan, Yuēhàn possesses the Sharingan. The dōjutsu grants him the ability to see chakra, predict movements, and place victims under genjutsu with a single glance. With it, he can invoke powerful and elaborate vertigo. Yuēhàn awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan after his sisters death. Its has a spiraling design.
Mangekyō Sharingan[]
Having awakened the Mangekyō in both his eyes, could also use Susanoo. With its simplest manifestations, he could produce extra arms or bones to improve his options in a fight. When used in full, he is surrounded by a spectral warrior that would protect him from damage
Chakra and Physical Prowess[]
As an Uchiha, Yuēhàn's chakra was naturally strong. Even from his youth, he showed very advanced chakra control, able to channel chakra to enhance his strikes, even shattering a boulder large enough to crush several people. Yuēhàn is skilled enough to able to strike down several shinobi in the matter of moments. When paired with his Sharingan's vertigo, He has no issues defeating most in close combat, His quickness was particularly noted with his hand movements, able to make hand seals too fast to be perceived normally; even skilled Sharingan-users had difficulty following him.
Prologue[]
Uchiha Compound Bombings[]
When the Uchiha Compound had a string of bombing, members of Konoha Police Force were tasked with investigating. It is later discovered, that a member of the Chinoike clan caused them bombing with his Kekkei Genkai. After his parents died during the Nine Tails Fox's attack, Raido couldn't contain his hatred of the Uchiha Clan. Soon he sent exploding humans to their compound, killing Yuēhàn's parents. He was charged with crimes against Konoha and placed in the Bingo Book. After barely escaping the ANBU team sent to capture him, he later returns to the Valley of Hell. Eventually he is captured by Yuēhàn's Unit and sent to Hozuki Castle.
Part I[]
Part II[]
Fourth Shinobi World War[]
Yuēhàn was assigned to the Daimyō Protection Squad. The team came up with the strategy of rotating the safe house that the daimyō were in at odd times so that they were never in any one place for too long. Shinobi and traps were also left at each station in order to capture anyone who attempted to attack the daimyō. When Zetsu attacked, he was confronted Yuēhàn, Mei Terumi, Chōjūrō, Raidō Namiashi, Genma Shiranui, and Iwashi Tatami confronted Black Zetsu. Even though both the Eight and Nine Tails are out in the open, Zetsu continues to fight the protection squad in order to keep them from returning to the Alliance, to have their forces remain separated. The squad was later supported by one of Naruto's shadow clones.
